Notes & News

Donated Supplies: Cougar Run Elementary School, through its parent group, has donated supplies for use by Oakland’s students. The supplies, including notebooks, glue, and boxes, are in our office storage room. Please check with Darlene to go on a shopping spree for donated supplies. Lunch Detention: Students who have had behavioral problems may receive lunch detention. Referrals must be made through Mr. Robinson, Ms. Reese or Ms. Pitou.

Lunch Club: Students who have not completed their homework or class work may be referred to our Lunch Club during lunch/recess. Lunch club is for students who are in the first through fifth grade. Classwork and homework will be completed during this time and students may receive extra support and tutoring in the library.
