Dear Oakland Elementary community,
I am pleased to share that Oakland received a preliminary 2026 School Performance Framework (SPF) rating of Improvement / Yellow.
This is an important positive result. Because of this rating, Oakland will not be subject to district or state accountability actions this year.
Oakland will move to On Watch, which means the school must sustain this level of performance again this year to fully exit the state accountability clock.
This progress reflects the hard work of Oakland students, staff, school leaders, families, and community members. I want to recognize everyone who contributed to this important step forward.
Our focus now is on sustaining this progress, continuing to strengthen outcomes for students, and putting Oakland in the strongest possible position to fully exit the state accountability clock next year.
