As the New Year begins, it’s a great time to think about your resolutions and to plan ahead for the personal goals you want to achieve in 2024. In the spirit of taking action and goal setting, the Planning, Design, and Construction team at Denver Public Schools wanted to give our school a New Year greeting and give us an update on the construction happening at our school.
You may remember that in 2020 a school bond and a mill levy override were both passed in Denver, giving our schools the opportunity to make some much needed improvements. At Oakland, we improved the irrigation system to have greener areas for our students. Here is a video update from the Planning, Design, and Construction team at DPS, who are tasked with making these upgrades come to life!
