There will be NO class for Oakland students tomorrow, Thursday, March 20, per the direction of DPS Superintendent Dr. Alex Marrero. Read his letter to families and staff here, This operational closure is a result of teacher/staff participation in the Colorado Education Association’s No More Education Cuts statewide Day of Action.
Breakfast will be served at 7:35 am, followed by lunch at 11:30 am. Please note that students will need to be with their families in the cafeteria for both meals, as there will be no school staff available for supervision. If you plan to bring your students in for breakfast or lunch, please email gabriela_quiroga-beck@dpsk12.net to let her know.
School will resume on Friday, March 21. Please ensure your student attends class on Friday before we go on Spring Break (March 24-28.)
