The Medicaid Department at Denver Public Schools (DPS) helps families apply for free or low-cost health insurance, including Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and CHP+ and SNAP food assistance.
The Denver Public Schools’ Medicaid Department is here to help you apply or re-enroll in Medicaid services. You can set up a one-on-one appointment at any DPS school site for application assistance to free or low-cost health insurance, including Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and CHP+ and SNAP food assistance. Additionally, you can request assistance for your family with re-enrollment and utilization of your benefits. Appointments are available now and will be open year-round.
