I teach 2nd Grade ELA-S. I attended Regis University for my Bachelor’s in Science in Psychology and Regis University for my Master of Arts in Education
I am from Lima, Peru and I have been living in Denver for 15 years.
When I am not teaching I love to express myself through art, I love to sing, read books, meditate, and to have time to myself. My favorite thing about being a part of the Oakland family is that its community has taught me the value of diversity and of collaborating and working as a village. Together we have made positive changes that benefit our scholars, families, educators, community, and the school. The best part about being an educator is that I get to show up everyday for my students and to give them all of my knowledge and love in order to ensure their future success.
